Hudson Valley Plastics manufactures both standard and custom plastic components such as tubes, containers, syringes, cups, boxes, lids, caps, assemblies, closures, vials, ties, and dosage cups. The product line is produced from a range of polymers—including acetal, ABS, glass‑filled nylon, high‑density polyethylene, low‑density polyethylene, polycarbonate, polypropylene and polystyrene. Production capabilities span injection molding, additive manufacturing and various welding methods (ultrasonic, adhesive and hot‑plate). The company offers prototyping as well as low‑ to high‑volume runs. Its customer base includes the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, industrial, medical, electrical, automotive and consumer‑packaged‑goods sectors.
