Clearfield Machine Co. produces custom gray, ductile and specialty iron castings and finished components weighing from 10 lb to 18,000 lb. Wooden, Styrofoam and metal patterns are employed to create these parts. The product line also comprises mullers, mixers, grinders and a range of replacement machine components. In‑house capabilities include fabrication, turning, milling, drilling and high‑precision CNC machining for tight tolerances. Additional offerings cover heat treatment, painting, testing and assembly. All castings are manufactured to meet ASTM standards.
