Aerzen Screw Compressor Division provides both oil‑free and oil‑flooded screw compressors across a broad portfolio of models and custom configurations that satisfy specific performance and application requirements. The equipment is engineered to handle air, nitrogen and other neutral gases, as well as toxic, flammable or corrosive gases, operating under vacuum or positive inlet pressure conditions. Its product line serves sectors such as chemical and petrochemical processing, refineries, power generation, oil‑and‑gas transport and storage, industrial gas production, refrigeration (including helium refrigeration and liquefaction), offshore platforms, breweries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and steel‑mill or coke‑plant operations. The compressors are capable of handling a wide array of gases, including hydrogen, methane, acetylene, ethylene, butadiene, vinyl chloride, hydrogen sulfide, styrene, flare and vent gases, fuel gas, steam, natural gas, carbon dioxide, argon, oxygen, flue gas, refrigerants and helium. Available screw‑compressor designs comprise direct‑drive, belt‑drive, biogas, process‑gas, oil‑free and oil‑injected variants.
