Plate Concepts, Inc. designs and builds plate‑and‑frame heat exchangers for commercial, industrial, power and process applications. Its catalog features gasketed plate exchangers equipped with pipe connections ranging from 1‑inch to 20‑inch, utilizing plates fabricated from stainless steel, titanium and other corrosion‑resistant alloys; gaskets are selected to match each service condition. All units comply with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Division I and can operate at design pressures up to 400 psig. Additional offerings comprise double‑wall, free‑flow, semi‑welded, fully welded shell‑and‑plate, and brazed‑plate heat exchangers.
