Active Wireworks produces precision wire forms and metal stampings for a variety of OEM markets. Wire‑form production handles diameters from 0.015 in. to 0.625 in., using automatic fourslide machines and CNC equipment, and the operation is geared toward large‑diameter wire and long‑feed applications. The forming process integrates fourslide, bending, CNC machining, cutting and straightening, while additional capabilities such as coining, piercing, threading and swaging are also available. Finished wire‑form configurations can be flattened, pierced, eared or notched. Metal stamping capacity reaches up to 0.187 in. in thickness and 14 in. in width, with production methods that encompass fourslide, progressive die and punch press.
