Liberty Forge, Inc. produces open‑die steel forgings customized to client requirements, delivering parts that range from rings, disks, cylinders, bars, shafts and stepped shafts to blocks, rectangular sections and other specialized shapes. The shop operates oil‑hydraulic presses and ring rollers, and utilizes a variety of dies—including ASA flange configurations such as weldnecks, long weldnecks, slip‑ons, well‑head, blind‑flange and fully custom designs. Forging capacity spans from 100 lb pieces up to 30,000 lb units. In addition to fabrication, Liberty Forge maintains an inventory of forging stock materials comprising carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, aluminum, ASTM‑specified steel, Monel®, Inconel®, and chromium‑molybdenum steel. All materials are processed to comply with ASTM, ASME, ABS and military specifications.
