Quality Foam Packaging, Inc. designs, manufactures and distributes custom foam solutions, operating as a woman‑owned, HUBZone‑certified enterprise. The product portfolio covers a range of aerospace seating components—including seat cushions, backrests, headrests, armrests and leg supports—along with military‑grade cushioning, shipping containers and assorted packaging foams. A broad spectrum of raw materials is employed, such as Ethafoam® polyethylene, cross‑linked polyethylene, Zotefoam® polyethylene, Plastazote®, polyester and polyether polyurethanes, ether‑like‑ester (ELE), Hypalon®‑coated polyurethane and expanded polystyrene (EPS). The company also processes anti‑static, conductive, fire‑retardant and rigid urethane foams. Fabrication capabilities encompass water‑jet cutting, CNC routing, hot‑wire cutting, die cutting, thermoforming, profiling, slitting, band sawing, sewing, convoluting, laminating, welding, gluing and peeling. All foam materials conform to applicable Military Specifications and Federal Aviation Regulations, and every product is manufactured within the United States.
