Evans Metal Stamping, Evans Tool & Die specializes in custom metal‑stamping solutions and a full suite of related services, including tool and die production, laser cutting, and metal fabrication. The shop can handle parts ranging from 30‑ton to 1,000‑ton capacities while maintaining a throughput of up to 1,200 cycles per minute. In addition to stamping, the operation offers CNC machining, wire EDM, welding, as well as design and engineering support, all capable of achieving tolerances of ±0.001 in. Production flexibility spans low‑volume prototypes to high‑volume runs, and the material portfolio covers stainless steel, hot‑rolled and cold‑rolled steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and Inconel®. Evans Metal Stamping, Evans Tool & Die serves customers in the electrical, military, automotive, construction, recreational‑vehicle, and medical sectors. All manufacturing is performed in the United States, and the facility holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
