Roberts Automatic Products Inc. delivers tight‑tolerance, complex screw‑machine components and CNC‑machined parts, offering both primary machining and optional secondary processes. The firm works with a broad material palette that includes brass, stainless, alloy and carbon steels, aluminum, various plastics and Hastelloy®. Production capability is supported by a range of screw‑machine equipment from Gildemeister, Acme‑Gridley, Davenport and Brown & Sharp, handling diameters from 3/32 in. up to 2‑5/8 in. CNC turning and machining centers extend capacity to 8 in. diameter. Available secondary operations comprise broaching, milling, thread rolling, knurling, burnishing, multi‑hole drilling and tapping, as well as assembly, testing, heat treating, grinding and plating.
