Eastern Sintered Alloys, Inc. manufactures powdered‑metal components, including bearings, bushings, cams, gears, washers and a range of structural parts. The company focuses on gear production and employs high‑temperature sintering, double‑press and sinter processes to achieve optimal properties and tight tolerances. Design and development of parts are performed in‑house, supported by mechanical and hydraulic presses capable of delivering up to 200 tons of force. Material offerings encompass iron, carbon steel, infiltrated steel, stainless steel, bronze, brass, proprietary high‑wear alloys, sinter‑hardened alloys and high‑density grades. Eastern Sintered Alloys, Inc. also provides all standard secondary operations, including heat and steam treating, impregnation, plating and high‑temperature coatings, and maintains QS‑9000 certification.
