Leech Industries, Inc. manufactures custom stampings, tools, dies, molds and assemblies and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification. The company designs and produces stampings in progressive, compound, bending, forming, blanking and draw‑die configurations, and offers a full range of mold types including thermoplastic, thermoset injection, resin transfer, compression, insert, shuttle, rotary and hot‑runner molds. Die capabilities extend to zinc casting applications, and the firm provides complete design services for tools, molds and dies. Precision machining is supported by CNC milling, drilling, boring, grinding, turning and CNC laser welding, while grinding operations cover surface, cylindrical, centerless, jig, creep feed, Blanchard, double‑disc, flat, round, form and hole grinding. Materials processed range from aluminum, nylon, Delrin®, Inconel®, titanium, Monel, Hastelloy®, carbide, Ferro‑Tic, CPM‑10V, beryllium copper and tool steels such as A2, M2 and D2 to various plastics and ceramics. Additional capabilities include EDM services and zinc die‑casting operations, all performed in the United States.
