Weiler Engineering, Inc. supplies integrated blow‑fill‑seal equipment for aseptic liquid processing across pharmaceutical, personal care, isotonic, diagnostic, respiratory therapy, ophthalmic, veterinary, biologics and nutraceutical markets. Each machine combines blow molding, sterile filling and hermetic sealing in a single line. The equipment accommodates container volumes from 0.2 mL to 1,000 mL and delivers output rates between 720 and 15,000 containers per hour. Available footprints range from 70.9 in × 152.5 in × 120 in to 81 in × 185 in × 120 in. Systems are engineered for viscous or temperature‑sensitive formulations and can be configured for a wide array of container attributes, including size, volume, color, shape and resin type. Optional features comprise spike tops, rubber stoppers, luer fittings, controlled‑drop inserts and bottom hangers. Weiler Engineering, Inc. also provides custom CAD/CAM design, prototyping, sample production, in‑house and on‑site training, as well as spare parts and ongoing support services.
