George Steel Fabricating Inc. provides comprehensive powder‑coating and metal‑fabrication services. The facility can automatically coat components ranging from a few inches to 20 ft in length and is equipped to batch‑process up to one ton of parts per run. Prior to coating, parts undergo surface preparation and burn‑off treatment. Powder selections span clear, standard, and custom‑matched colors, and finishes may be delivered smooth, wrinkled, textured, or metallic. Available resin systems include hybrid, TGIC, super polyester, urethane, and epoxy formulations. Coating is applied to a variety of substrates such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, extrusions and castings. In addition to coating, George Steel Fabricating offers full‑scale metal manufacturing—including cutting, drilling, shot blasting, bending, MIG, TIG and resistance welding—and completes assembly and fabrication projects using tube, round, angle, flat stock and extrusion material.
