Millenia Products Group manufactures HVAC coils and engineered rolled‑formed shapes, supplying steel frames, struts, angles, channels, mouldings, trimmings and rings. Its product line features hat channels, C channels, U channels, drawer slides, filter channels, unequal‑leg and DIN channels, equal‑leg angles, 55‑gallon drum rings and fence posts. Thicknesses range from .010 in. to .250 in.; channel widths are offered between 1 in. and 30 in., with standard lengths of 10 ft. to 20 ft. and custom lengths up to 40 ft. Materials include cold‑rolled, galvanized, hot‑rolled, stainless, pre‑painted, painted, HRPO, galvannealed, galvalume and electro‑galvanized steel, as well as aluminum, titanium and zinc. HVAC coils are produced in aluminum, perforated metal, plastic, stainless steel and carbon steel. Production capabilities encompass press brakes, shearing, slitting, in‑line stamping, punching, notching and final assembly. The facility uses computer‑controlled die machining for standard dies and provides CAD support for custom die designs, handling orders from small batches to full production runs.
