Aerospace Systems, a division of Nortech Systems, Inc., manufactures custom aerospace components and is AS‑9100 certified. Its product portfolio includes solid molded cables, molded field‑repairable cables, wire harnesses, conduit assemblies, higher‑level assemblies, mechanical assemblies, flat‑molded structures, as well as fiber‑optic and coaxial assemblies. The company also supplies solid and field‑repairable backshells fabricated from brass, aluminum, stainless steel, or various plastics. In‑house mold‑tooling capabilities cover urethanes, silicones, epoxies, transfer‑molded elastomers, and injection‑molded thermoplastics. Engineering, design, prototyping, manufacturing, molding, testing, and repair services are offered to customers. Testing capabilities encompass raw‑material inspection and 100 percent electrical testing for continuity and insulation resistance. Additional services include assembling cables, sheets, and circuit cards, as well as kitting. Production is supported by planetary cabling machines and automated lay‑up tables.
