Augusta Coating & Manufacturing, LLC delivers comprehensive contract cathodic epoxy electrocoating (E‑coat) and powder‑coating services for components fabricated from steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The facility operates a nine‑stage zinc phosphate pretreatment line and maintains a 14,000‑gallon cathodic epoxy E‑coat tank. Powder coating is performed in three separate roll‑on/roll‑off booths, all situated within a climate‑controlled building that incorporates a 2,700‑foot monorail conveyor system. The maximum part dimensions that can be accommodated are 34 inches wide, 58 inches high and 78 inches long.
