Innovative Plastics, Inc. provides ISO 9001 certified injection‑molding services with presses ranging from 75 ton to 500 ton capacity and the ability to produce parts up to 76 oz. The operation accommodates both low‑volume runs and high‑volume production, offering in‑house custom mold design, mold marking, CNC and EDM machining, as well as part design and engineering supported by CAD/CAM software. Rapid‑prototype capabilities include wax thermojet and stereolithography plastic models. Tooling options cover aluminum through hardened‑steel molds. Secondary processes such as drilling, tapping, machining, pad printing, assembly and packaging are also available. All activities are conducted in a climate‑controlled facility.
