Loomis Products designs and builds custom machines for shaping ceramic, metal and plastic powders, as well as equipment for isostatic dry‑bag and wet‑bag presses and piston or ram extruders ranging from 16 t to over 1,200 t. The company also supplies extrusion cutting systems, intensifiers, decompression valves and pilot‑operated check valves tailored for high‑pressure isostatic press applications. In addition, Loomis Products offers bespoke tool and extrusion die design, automation of isostatic presses, and complete system integration. Material testing services are provided to support both isostatic and extrusion processes, and the operation is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
