Copperstate Plastics, Inc. designs and produces custom plastic pressure‑formed components for the medical, electronic, computer, aviation, transportation and entertainment sectors. The pressure‑forming process can accommodate parts as large as 5 ft by 7 ft and includes stress‑relieving treatment. In addition to forming, the company offers secondary operations such as 3‑, 5‑ and 6‑axis CNC machining, milling, lathe work, hot‑wire strip heating and bending, surface grinding, and riveting. Finishing capabilities comprise powder sanding, painting and silk‑screen printing.
