Lotus Labels produces custom pressure‑sensitive labeling solutions. The company works with a broad spectrum of substrates, including Kimdura® vinyl, destructible vinyl, silver polyester, brown Kraft, tamper‑proof silver polyester, static‑cling material, holographic film, clear and white polypropylene, silver and gold foil, fluorescent matte stock, thermal‑transfer media, pin‑feed sheets, coupon and piggyback formats, food‑grade label material, as well as white and yellow gloss or matte finishes. Additional specialty materials can be sourced through special‑order requests. Lotus Labels offers fully customized cut‑label services, allowing customers to select from a wide color palette, apply color‑flex graphics, or choose 1‑ to 4‑color letterpress printing. The workflow incorporates digital direct‑to‑plate prepress and is supported by in‑house graphic designers who can create simple text layouts or develop bespoke label artwork. The production line is equipped for a variety of finishing operations, such as custom die‑shapes, Pantone (PMS) color matching, computer‑controlled pin‑feed labeling, perforation, fan folding, hot stamping, embossing, lamination or UV varnish application, serial numbering, UPC barcode generation, and the creation of hang tags.
