ELume Inc. operates a silicon and glass semiconductor microchip foundry that specializes in non‑standard, complex substrate processing and low‑volume wafer etching. The facility is ISO‑9000 compliant and handles a range of additional materials, including aluminum, lithium niobate, silicon carbide, sodium chloride, quartz, sapphire and germanium.
