Accurate Forming, a division of Shan Industries, Inc., manufactures custom deep‑drawn parts and progressive stampings. The operation holds ISO 9000 and TS 16949 certifications and complies with ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. Its product portfolio includes ink‑refill tubes, pen barrels, caps, marker tubes, sensor‑probe tubes and fuel‑filter components. Production utilizes brass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and various precious metals. Capabilities span long‑ and small‑diameter deep drawing to tight tolerances, metal forming, lacquer and powder coating, chrome plating, as well as piercing, notching and welding. Both open‑ended and closed‑ended deep‑drawn components are offered. The facility is equipped with a 60‑ton straight‑side press, engraving stations, polishing and buffing lines, double‑crank transfer machinery and O.B.I. equipment. Customers served range across OEM, automotive, medical, industrial and ordnance sectors.
