RPI Corp. designs and builds both standard and custom testing systems for electronic and OEM components. The firm supplies environmental‑stress‑screening chambers that operate from –70 °C to +125 °C, and provides off‑line fixturing equipped with remote part loading and unloading capabilities. An automatic electrical interface links the test system to the transport cart, streamlining workflow. RPI Corp. also offers multi‑contact, computer‑controlled, pneumatically actuated relays that deliver high current with low contact resistance; these relays support end‑point testing, life testing, burn‑in, test automation, and production‑line applications for switching between test heads. A single pneumatically controlled relay can substitute for as many as 600 individual relays. In addition, the company handles the design and installation of a wide variety of custom test fixtures.
