Ames Rubber Manufacturing Company produces custom‑engineered O‑rings, gaskets, dock bumpers, rollers, seals, and tubing for a broad range of sectors. The product line is fabricated from a diverse portfolio of elastomers, including neoprene, butyl, EPDM, isoprene, SBR, nitrile, polyacrylate, polyurethane, fluoroelastomer, and silicone. Manufacturing capabilities span lathe turning, profiling, waterjet and die cutting, as well as sheet or roll slitting. Additional processes such as extrusion, splicing, gasketing, mold making, and various molding techniques—compression, liquid silicone rubber, transfer, thermoplastic, and liquid injection molding—are offered. Ames Rubber supports both prototype development and production runs from short batches to high‑volume orders. The company supplies the electronics, aerospace, agricultural, automotive, construction, marine, medical, mining, food, and beverage markets, and its products comply with military specifications, ASTM standards, FDA approval, RoHS, REACH, UL listing, and ITAR registration. All manufacturing is performed in the United States.
