Keeler Die Cast manufactures zinc die castings and supports the process with an extensive equipment base. The operation includes 41 die‑cast machines and trim presses capable of handling loads from 100 to 800 tons, alongside 17 Dynacast machines each equipped with four slides and three Techmire machines also featuring four slides. Process control is enhanced through Visa‑Trak monitoring, vacuum capabilities, and hot‑oil temperature regulation. Tooling is managed internally; the company offers in‑house CAD tool design, maintains mold and tool building functions on site, and staffs a dedicated 30‑person tool room. In addition to casting, Keeler Die Cast provides secondary services such as machining, metal forming, and both wet and dry vibratory finishing.
