T&R Tooling manufactures custom tooling, including molds, for a diverse set of markets. The firm processes a wide range of polymers and metals such as ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene, polyurethane, PET, TPE, acetyl, acrylic, PVC, assorted additives, rubber, aluminum and engineered resins. In‑house capabilities encompass EDM, drilling, welding, turning, milling and injection molding, while additive manufacturing is offered through stereolithography (SLA) and selective laser sintering (SLS). Design engineering and tool‑repair services are also provided, and the operation can accommodate both low‑volume and high‑volume production runs.
