Caron Precision, Inc. delivers ISO 9001:2008 certified CNC precision cylindrical grinding, handling workpieces up to 40 in. between centers and a 14 in. swing diameter. The operation covers outer‑diameter, inner‑diameter, groove, crush and face grinding while maintaining tight tolerances. Materials processed include a range of steels, super‑alloys, brass, aluminum, chrome‑ and nickel‑plated parts, cast iron, plastics, carbide and ceramics. The shop utilizes CBN, diamond and conventional grinding wheels. Production capacity spans low‑volume prototype runs to high‑volume output of up to 40,000 parts per month. Services extend to automotive, aerospace, diesel, medical, general‑industry and facility applications, and include reverse‑engineering support.
