Progressive Coating delivers ISO 9001:2015 certified coating solutions. The company applies vinyl plastisol and a fluidized‑bed powder portfolio that includes PVC powder, Nylon 11, Nylon 12, polyethylene and epoxy insulation. Its electrostatic spray powder line for thermoplastics supports manual dip operations and can accommodate parts up to 40 in. high × 18 in. wide × 96 in. long. A separate electrostatic powder spray capability handles both thermoset and thermoplastic formulations, with a maximum part dimension of 60 in. high × 40 in. wide × 120 in. long. In addition to coating, Progressive Coating offers plastisol mold and forming, masking, packaging, as well as assembly and kitting services.
