H.C. Davis Sons Manufacturing designs, manufactures, and distributes a comprehensive line of commercial, industrial and agricultural batch mixers that are available in both portable and stationary configurations for global use. The mixers are fabricated from mild steel, abrasion‑resistant steel or stainless steel and feature ribbon or paddle agitators suitable for wet or dry processing. Capacity ranges from 75 lb to 18,000 lb per batch, with four construction levels that accommodate ingredient densities from 10 to 100 lb per cubic foot. The product portfolio supports blending of a wide variety of materials, including all‑purpose flour, corn meal, donut flour, ice‑cream powders, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pet foods, fertilizers, detergents, lubricants (such as lead, copper, zinc and graphite), foundry sand, grass seed, potting soil, bird seed, fishing lures, plastics, cosmetics, spices, plaster, rat poison, colorants, sweeping and cleaning compounds, municipal waste, manure, chicken litter, drywall compounds, livestock and poultry feeds, feed flavors, premixes, bakery waste, fats, oils, liquid molasses, minerals, antibiotics, vitamins, silage, haylage, brewer’s grains, cottonseed hulls, blood meal, meat scraps, milk replacers, caulking, grout, joint cement, insulation, cement powders, plant foods and many other products. Additional equipment such as roller mills, hammer mills and degerminators is also offered.
