PolyAlloys Div. of PSM Industries manufactures custom precision injection‑molded metal alloy components and holds ISO 9001:2000 certification. The division processes a broad range of alloys, including stainless steels, super alloys, magnetic alloys, controlled‑expansion alloys, electrical materials, tool steels and heavy alloys. Stainless‑steel options cover grades 304L, 316L, 17‑4 PH, 15‑5 PH, 420, 430 and 440. Super‑alloy capabilities encompass Inconel®, Hastelloy®, cobalt‑based low‑alloy steels and nickel alloys containing 2 to 8 percent Ni (4600, 4650). Tool‑steel offerings include AISI M2, M3/2, M4, T15, M42 and D2. In addition to molding, PolyAlloys provides secondary operations such as vibratory deburring, heat treating, sizing and coining, machining, steam treating, and tool building and maintenance. The company supplies parts to sectors that include automotive, aerospace, medical devices, business‑machine equipment, computer components, hardware, sporting goods and consumer products.
