Hole Specialists, Inc. delivers precision drilling and honing solutions for a broad range of applications. The shop can drill on‑center holes ranging from 0.078 in. up to 8 in., and it also handles off‑center drilling of 0.078 in. holes at 4 ¼ in. and angled holes at 4.25 in. The equipment supports a 10‑ton weight capacity and a 79‑in. bolt‑circle configuration. Honing operations are capable of strokes as long as 31 ft. for diameters up to 18 ¾ in., and the facility can produce 40‑ft. random‑length sections from either end on bores up to 18 ¾ in. ID. BTA machines cover dimensions from 1 in. L × 3 ¾ in. W × 192 in. H down to ¾ in. L × 4 ¼ in. W × 100 in. H. The company’s portfolio includes prototype work, one‑off parts, and high‑volume production runs, supported by a fleet of 34 machines, among which are seven CNC drills equipped for true‑position machining and off‑center capabilities.
