Sprinter Marking, Inc. designs and builds both standard and custom automatic ink‑code marking machines that operate pneumatically. The equipment is capable of imprinting date codes, product or lot numbers, as well as a range of symbols such as dots, lines or logos, and can be oriented in any direction while achieving up to 350 cycles per minute. Although the default configuration targets flat substrates, the company offers specially engineered modifications to marking heads and reservoirs to accommodate alternative surface geometries. A full accessory portfolio accompanies the machines, including mounting brackets, control panels, various inks, rubber stamps and type kits, signaling devices, switches and air‑cylinder control valves. Marking is effective on plastic, metal, glass, rubber, paper, cardboard, both flexible and rigid containers, and film materials. The supplied inks are pigment‑loaded, alcohol‑based formulations that set within seconds on both porous and non‑porous surfaces; additionally, the proprietary ink‑delivery system has been proven compatible with a range of low‑viscosity inks and fluids.
