Convectronics designs and manufactures both standard and custom heaters, temperature sensors, and control solutions. Its heater portfolio spans electric‑air units, single‑pass quartz‑tube models, metal‑shell air heaters, open‑coil convection devices, and in‑line pipe heaters. Temperature‑sensor offerings include conventional types and noble‑metal variants made from tantalum, molybdenum, alumina, zirconia, and fused quartz, covering a measurement range from –450 °F to +4,200 °F. Control products feature SCR‑based power modules as well as open‑ and closed‑loop architectures, with styles that incorporate phase‑angle regulation, digital indication, and digital controllers equipped with ramp‑and‑soak functions, plus single‑phase power controllers.
