Helix Mfg. Inc. manufactures both standard and custom socket‑set, jam, and wire‑clamping screws together with studs offered in a variety of geometries. Operating a fleet of 30 machines, the shop produces diameters from 1/8 in. to 3/4 in. and accommodates both ANSA and metric thread specifications. Typical material selections include stainless grades 303, 304, 316, 416 and 17‑4PH, as well as brass, aluminum and specialty alloys such as 41L40 and 40L37. The product line can be machined into cone, cup, flat, jam, dog, oval, half‑dog, knurled or vented forms, and customers may request additional surface or heat treatments on demand. Helix Mfg. Inc. also provides design‑for‑manufacturability assistance, supports small‑batch production and just‑in‑time delivery, and complies with DFARS requirements. All work is performed in the United States, and the company welcomes specialty inquiries.
