Pemco Inc. designs and manufactures custom precision surgical instruments for a range of clinical applications. The product portfolio includes anesthesia shields, suction handles, suction sets, suction tips, cannulas, connectors, heart pumps, subclavian cannulas and retractors. All instruments are constructed from polished stainless steel and can be sterilized for repeated use. Leak‑proof swivel tips are standard, and the company offers a variety of alternate tip and handle configurations that can be tailored to specific customer specifications. Suction devices are supplied with small‑handle tips ranging from 4.0 mm to 6.4 mm in diameter, with a 2.0 mm option for neonatal applications. Larger‑handle tips are available in sizes from 6.0 mm to 10.5 mm, including a 7.0 mm flat‑handle version. Anesthesia shields are offered in standard, dual‑leg and adjustable formats; the adjustable shields feature telescoping legs for height control and attached extensions that reduce the number of hanger posts required.
