Atlantic Precision Spring, Inc. manufactures custom precision metal stampings, flat springs, spring clips, fourslide products, electrical battery contacts, wire forms and coil springs. The company holds ISO 9001:2008 certification and produces parts to exact specifications in materials such as beryllium copper, brass, stainless steel and phosphor bronze. It supplies components across a broad range of sectors, including defense, medical, appliance, automotive, electronic and hardware markets, and works with all grades and tempers of both ferrous and non‑ferrous metals. In addition to standard production, Atlantic Precision Spring offers engineering assistance, prototyping, and the ability to scale from short runs to high‑volume manufacturing. All tooling is developed in‑house using SolidWorks, and the operation employs computerized statistical process control, sub‑assembly fabrication, customized packaging, and logistics solutions such as JIT, Kanban, EDI and bar‑coding.
