Columbus Fan & Machine Corp. / DC Industrial Sales provides custom manufacturing of cooling blowers, filters, and tachometer and encoder mounting kits that fit all makes of DC motors. The company also serves as a stocked distributor of electrical products for industrial applications, offering AC and DC motors, tachometers, encoders, line reactors, DC drive systems, motor controllers, speed reducers, variable‑frequency drives, motor brushes and brush holders, as well as commercial and residential pumps and transformers. In addition, it operates as an authorized sales and service center for portable generators and automatic standby generator systems. The in‑house machine shop delivers a full suite of capabilities, including turning, grinding, threading, brazing, plasma cutting, silver soldering, metal spraying, and general fabrication. It performs pump rebuilding, boring, motor‑shaft modification, repair work, commutator and exciter‑ring machining, precise alignments, and work on roof‑top units. Additional services cover soldering, keyway cutting and broaching, hard chroming, coupling boring and broaching, HVAC shaft and fan repair, sleeve‑housing production, AC motor rebuilding and repair, and both metric and English threading.
