CMP Group manufactures both standard and custom metal components and supplies pressure‑die‑cast as well as machined parts to the marine, construction, telecommunications, transportation, hydraulics and forestry sectors. The firm’s capabilities span aluminum, zinc and lead pressure‑die casting together with CNC machining of ferrous and non‑ferrous alloys. It holds ISO 9001:2008 certification and Controlled‑Goods (CGP/ITAR) approval. Aluminum die‑casting is offered from 0.01 lb up to 6 lb, while zinc die‑casting ranges from 0.01 lb to 8 lb and also from 0.01 lb to 0.25 lb. CNC horizontal 4‑axis milling provides a maximum working envelope of 24 × 20 × 22, vertical 4‑axis milling up to 30 × 16 × 20, and CNC turning accommodates diameters up to 12 in. Additional services include design, engineering, procurement, coating, painting, plating, assembly and custom packaging.
