Eli Engineering provides custom plastic injection molding services, accommodating low‑volume production and short runs that start at 100 parts. Using aluminum molds, the firm manufactures small components and prototypes from a selection of plastics that includes Delrin®, nylon, ABS, polycarbonate and polypropylene. It also produces replacement parts, molds elastomers, and can scale parts from prototype quantities to large‑scale production runs. Additional capabilities cover screen printing on molded items and upgrades to existing molds.
