Bourne Industries produces custom‑engineered laminated panels, components, assemblies and a range of specialty products. The firm’s capabilities span specialty adhesive application, CNC machining, and the assembly of both semi‑finished and fully finished items, with packaging solutions for ready‑to‑assemble (RTA) and completely built‑out configurations. Laminating operations include cold‑press, roll‑laminate and hot‑press processes, while CNC sawing and machining services incorporate horizontal drilling and dowel insertion. Edge‑banding is offered for straight runs and contour profiles, handling PVC up to 5 mm thick and wood veneers as wide as 30 mm. Core substrates commonly utilized are particleboard, hardboard, plywood, foam, honeycomb structures, FRP and phenolic resin panels. Surface finishes cover laminates, thermofused melamine, vinyl films, ABS, acrylic, glass, stainless steel, aluminum and various wood veneers. Bourne Industries serves markets such as hospitals, retail environments, point‑of‑purchase displays, hospitality venues, commercial facilities, elevators, kitchens, trade shows, commercial gaming equipment and recreational boating. All production is performed in the United States.
