Hot Dog Carts designs and builds a broad selection of hot‑dog vending units. Each model incorporates a stainless‑steel frame with a polished stainless‑steel exterior, and is equipped with a 20‑pound propane tank feeding two propane burners. The carts also include an insulated soda cooler, a 5‑gallon water tank, and dual hot‑ and cold‑water sinks that support washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils. All units are welded onto D.O.T.‑approved trailers and carry NSF approval. Optional accessories feature 6.5‑foot heavy‑weight vinyl umbrellas, hot‑dog steam merchandisers, and starter kits containing stainless‑steel doggers, tongs, and ketchup and mustard bottles.
