KDL Precision Molding Corp. provides ISO 9002‑registered precision custom molding services for every class of elastomer. The company’s core expertise lies in silicone, liquid silicone (L.I.M.®), fluorosilicone and fluorocarbon compounds such as Viton™ and Fluorel™. Each component is produced from a customer‑specific formulation, meeting standards that span aerospace (AMS), military (MIL), medical (USP Class VI), food‑grade (FDA), conductive (EMI/RFI), non‑conductive and industrial (ASTM D 2000) specifications. KDL also offers rubber bonding to metal, high‑performance plastics and PTFE, and maintains a Class 10 000 cleanroom for contamination‑controlled molding. The facility utilizes liquid‑injection, injection, transfer and compression molding processes to serve clients in the medical, aerospace, electronics, automotive and food‑processing sectors. Product capabilities include seals, custom‑shaped parts, gaskets, O‑rings and a broad portfolio of elastomeric materials such as ethylene‑propylene variants (EP, EPR, EPDM, EPT), nitrile (Buna‑N), chloroprene (neoprene), millable urethane, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (Hypalon®), high‑ and low‑temperature compounds, and silver‑filled formulations. An in‑house laboratory provides non‑contact dimensional measurement to ensure quality compliance.
