B.A.P. Mfg. Co. of Fremont produces made‑to‑order specialty blades and edges for a range of sectors, including medical, food processing, machinery, construction, hobby and other industrial uses. The product line is forged from both ferrous and non‑ferrous alloys, such as high‑carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, precipitation‑hardening steel and brass. Customers can also request blade sharpening and prototype development. Available blade geometries comprise circular, radius, traverse‑radius, multi‑edge and V‑grind configurations, offered in single or double bevels with angles spanning from chisel to surgical specifications. Material thicknesses are supported up to 0.050 inch. For medical and endo‑surgical blades, production adheres to CGMP standards.
