Radian Heatsinks designs and manufactures both standard and custom heat‑sinks and coolers, operating under ISO 9001:2000 certification. The product portfolio covers active and passive BGA heat‑sinks, DC‑to‑DC converter heat‑sinks, and surface‑mount heat‑sinks. DC‑to‑DC converter units are offered in quarter‑brick, half‑brick and full‑brick formats and feature round‑pin or plate‑fin configurations with counter‑bored through‑holes. Surface‑mount heat‑sinks are produced from anodized aluminum and are available with round‑pin, elliptical‑fin or plate‑fin designs. BGA heat‑sinks are supplied in round‑copper‑pinned, round‑aluminum‑pinned, plate‑fin or elliptical‑fin styles, all using aluminum material. Mounting options include clips and thermal tapes, enabling cooling of a wide range of package sizes and airflow conditions. Coolers are engineered as top‑mount or spring‑loaded devices that attach to Intel® sockets with clips; they incorporate a copper core and are finished with either anti‑oxidation coating or clear anodizing. Manufacturing capabilities span investment casting, die casting, precision forging, skived fin production, thin‑fin extrusion, stamped fin fabrication and general machining. The company also provides rapid‑prototyping services, and all heat‑sinks and coolers meet RoHS compliance.
