Baxter Rubber Co. manufactures and distributes custom rubber components, including gaskets, sleeves, sheet and sponge stripping. The product line also offers molded items such as grommets, recessed bumpers, caps, crutch tips, o‑rings, stoppers and suction cups, while extruded offerings comprise cords, U‑channels, rectangular sections, P‑seals and a variety of custom profiles. All rubber parts, whether molded or extruded, can be engineered to meet specific size, temperature, pressure and media requirements. The company works with a broad spectrum of elastomers, including natural rubber, Hydrin®, neoprene, EPDM, Buna‑N, Hypalon®, Viton®, Latex®, nylon, PTFE, PVC, silicone, polysulfide, urethane, SBR, butyl, fluorosilicone, fluoroelastomers and related compounds. Materials suitable for food, medical and military applications are processed in accordance with Mil‑R‑6855, ZZ‑R‑765 and ASTM D‑2000 standards, and can be supplied as RoHS‑compliant or containing FDA‑approved ingredients.
