DL Technology, LLC designs and manufactures pumps, valves, precision needles, and a full range of pump accessories tailored for electronic assembly, industrial assembly, semiconductor packaging, and medical applications. The needles are machined from a single stainless‑steel billet, delivering highly repeatable volumes with exacting accuracy. Available material options encompass surface‑mount epoxy, solder paste, solder mask, and conductive epoxy. The accessory lineup includes programmable dispensers, adapters, syringe‑fill stations, cartridges, and auger screws. Dispenser units can be set for specific RPM, indexing, and acceleration rates, and they support dispensing patterns such as individual dots, linear tracks, or comprehensive area fills. Controllers for the dispensing system are equipped with password protection, mounting hardware, fire‑meter cables, and an integrated digital pressure gauge.
