Seidel, Inc. delivers aluminum anodizing solutions with a focus on decorative finishes such as bright, satin and matte, as well as custom formulized colors. The company operates from a 75,000‑square‑foot plant that houses two fully automated electro‑polishing and anodizing lines. Production capacity covers parts as small as a 0.25‑inch diameter deep‑drawn component up to sheet dimensions of 11.5 ft by 3.5 ft, with each item individually racked and a throughput of up to 15 million pieces per week. Processed components include extrusions, deep‑drawn parts, fine‑blanking and progressive‑die parts, sheets and kick or sill plates. The degreasing stage uses environmentally friendly, non‑halogenated solvents that are gentle on the parts and generate no hazardous waste. Operations are guided by Lean Thinking and Green Thinking principles. Seidel, Inc. serves the cosmetic, automotive, pharmaceutical, electronic and numerous other markets, and meets applicable military specifications.
