Responsible Metal Fab, Inc. delivers custom sheet‑metal prototypes, parts, enclosures and components for a range of industrial applications and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification. The company’s fabrication suite includes CNC punching with a capacity of up to 30 tons, forming operations capable of 95 tons, and graining up to 25 inches. Additional processes cover sanding to a depth of 2 feet, tumble deburring handling up to 45 lb, beveling, milling, TIG and spot welding, as well as soldering, brazing, and painting of panels as large as 7 ft × 6 ft × 6 ft. Silk‑screen printing, shearing up to 4 ft, and comprehensive CAD/CAM services—including engineering, CNC programming and plotting—are also offered. Materials processed by Responsible Metal Fab, Inc. encompass aluminum, cold‑rolled steel, stainless steel, brass and copper.
