Every structure is engineered to comply with applicable building codes and is rated for field conditions of up to 160 mph wind and 50 lb snow loads, with clear‑span widths exceeding 300 feet, unlimited lengths and heights that can reach 100 feet or more. An annual maintenance program is offered to ensure proper upkeep and to extend the service life of the structures. Retrofit and refurbishment capabilities include membrane replacement, structural additions, upgraded lighting and doors, insulation, HVAC upgrades and general maintenance. The membranes are fabricated from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric that is fire‑retardant, self‑extinguishing and self‑cleaning, meeting NFPA 701 and ASTM E84 fire standards. High‑tensile‑strength fabric retains tension in extreme climates, while UV inhibitors and premium top‑coats, including an acrylic/PVDF ultraviolet‑protective layer, further enhance membrane durability.
