Loveless Mfg. Co. designs and manufactures gravity‑differential oil‑water separators that can be supplied in either single‑wall or double‑wall configurations and installed above or below grade. The units are capable of operating under intermittent or continuous flow regimes and are engineered to meet or exceed API specifications for separating two immiscible fluids. At peak flow rates, effluent oil levels remain below 10 ppm free oil as measured by the standard Freon extraction method. Horizontal dispersion of the influent along the interface plane removes the need for coalescer packs or plates, and a full range of accessory equipment is also offered.
